dizzy and heaviness in head???

Hi, for the past month or so I've been experience dizziness and a strange sensation in my head. It's almost like i can pinpoint where the sensation is coming from too. Anyone else experience anything crazy like this? Its hard to explain. I put a call into my Onc finally (been procrastinating). He wants to do a brain MRI. Please pray...my anxieties are through the roof because I can't help but think the worst.

I have a couple lesions on my brain, but those were not any of my symptoms. Everyone's seem to be different. I did have what you're describing though, and it was related to my blood pressure. I hope your MRI shows nothing out of the ordinary and that whatever it is gets worked out. Hugs to you. I know you're scared.

I have an inner ear thing (Meniere's disease) that causes vertigo and pressure in the back of my head. Maybe this is what you're feeling? When it acts up, I find stress reduction (yes, I know that seems impossible) helps a lot, as do limiting head movement and cutting back on salt
