Permanent Discoloration after Radiation Therapy

The good news is that I am 3 years out and doing great. However, at my annual exam at the surgeon's office the Nurse Practioner commented on the discoloration of my breast. I have alway had the splotchy pinkness since rads. Am I unique? She said I didn't need to worry only if changed in appearance but now I am worried. Anyone else? Thanks.
