lymph node question

My biopsy pathology report said no lymphvascular invasion. I had a lumpectomy 9 days ago and after surgery I was told the first lymph node was inconclusive but the second was clear. I haven't had my follow up appointment yet but feel this need for reassurance that this definitively means lymph nodes are clear. Thoughts?
