clarityn does it work for pain

Hi,

I notice quite a few ladies use clarityn to help with the joint pains on arimidex etc.  Does this really work and if so can a yone explain how an antihistamine does this.  Sorry if I am a bit stupid.  Also is it ok to use this while on als and to use it constantly.

Anything to help with the se would be great.  Still suffering aches, pains and the awful head pain which drs say Iis my neck which I guess 2 years on arimidex has worsened my arthritis I am a creaky 63.

Anyone who has experienced success with the clarityn I really would appreciate your advice.  I am in the uk and it is called clarityn 1 a day here.  So want to do my 5 years on the med but qol is poor.
