Has anyone had a breast reduction with a lumpectomy?

I was just diagnosed and was told by bs that I could have a much desired breast reduction along with my lumpectomy. Has anyone heard of this, or has done this surgery?

    Yes, l had this procedure done about 4 years ago, after a dx of ADH. I actually had the lumpectomy 3 months before the reduction, but it's possible to have them done simultaneously. The recovery wasn't bad at all and there is some evidence that the reduction in overall volume of breast tissue decreases further risk. My scars are now practically invisible and I couldn't be happier with the results from a cosmetic standpoint.
