    Kayb, yes, they are available in Canada. Suzieq had confirmed that thermography isn't viewed the same way in Australia as it is in my neck of the woods (here the primary care physician is involved) so I honestly didn't concern myself with what I thought was a New Zealand study. I'm glad you pointed out that it wasn't New Zealand or Australia specific.
