Today is the big day! Round one of P-TCH. I am both nervous and ready to get the process started. As hard as it may be, I am thankful for these medicines, the doctors, and a God who never leaves me. If you pray, please send one up for me! Any advice from anyone who has been through this treatment would also be so appreciated. Thank you

hi I am also recieving tchp I have 3 out of 6 down the first one went well during infusion I would be sure to take your zofran night of chemo and next morning for sure to prevent nauseous feeling.. Diarrhea was very bad 3 days post for a week after my first infusion so take immodium if needed my dr prescribed me lomotil diarrhea has not been as bad after the next 2...your mouth will have a burnt feeling a few days after things won't taste well try to rinse with baking soda and salt water as much a possible I found soup goes down well and hot tea on days after chemo.. Stay hydrated and good luck!
