lung biopsy

Hi.... I had a lung biopsy recently on a one small 1cm nodule. They said there were aytipical cells. .. ..THey may want to do surgery, but I would like to wait of course.... ...Anybody have experiences with a single pulmonary nodule that was atypical......? I had bc in 2012, had masectomy and chemo.....was stage 2 grade 3.....er positive pr positive..... her2.negative..
