Ovarian Cancer??

So I've been having issues with ovarian cysts since November and I just had an MRI for my back and they found some things that are concerning. I saw my gyno today to discuss and he wasn't concerned it's cancer but we are going to take out my right ovary because of the pain. I dropped the report off to my onco then emailed her but she replied and said she's not in until Monday so no answers until Monday night. The report showed the following:

2 renal lesions measure 9 mm and 7mm not fully characterized but statistically most likely represent cyst

Pelvic cystic lesions measure up to 3.3cm. One appears mildly complex with septation and fluid/fluid level

I also was diagnosed with a UTI last week and it had high ketones. My WBC was also 3.9 in april at my yearly physical and my primary sent me paperwork to have it redone with some other tests in a month or two.

Anyone have any idea what any of this might mean? My gut, which is usually right, is leaning towards the cancer moving to the ovaries - I've never had cysts before the Tamoxifen and cancer and now I'm in pain every month. I also didn't like what I googled on septation and complex cysts.

I think it is pretty rare for any cyst to be malignant. I had a renal cyst found as an " incenditaloma" on one of my CTs and apparently they are fairly common
