High Alk phoS during labs

had my labs done and Alk phos soared into moderate high range. Onc ordered redo and pet for suspected bone liver mets. I'm so scared! Please any experience. Help please

    Had my labs and only Alk phos jumped high. Onc. Wants pet to see if I have bone or liver mets. serum calcium hasn't changed. Please Angels help I am so afraid and have no one to turn to. Does anyone have experience with this?

    Many years ago my Alk Phos jumped to 70. My onc ordered an immediate repeat lab and it came back normal.
