Spotting after Arimidex

I took my last Arimidex 10 days ago and today I had a tiny amount of spotting. I've had my ovaries removed so I know its not my period or anything like that. I also know I should call my doctor. But I can't believe its a coincidence that this happened so soon after stopping Arimidex. I can't find anything about this on-line but I wonder if anyone has experienced it. I'm a little alarmed.
