blood pressure high due to tamoxifen?

Has anyone noticed an increase in blood pressure while taking Tamoxifen? I already take medication for high blood pressure, but I've been feeling like it's not working as effectively lately. Is this a SE of tamoxifen?

    I have good blood pressure and it continues to be good after 3 years on tamox. But I know that BP can increase if you are stressed or even anxious about seeing a doctor (the "white coat" effect.) Some people buy those home BP monitors to check at calm times of the day. My dad is able to lower his BP by meditating 5 minutes before getting checked. Not sure if this helps, but FYI. Good luck!
