Anyone have nipple reconstruction with implant exchange?

Hi, had TE put in April 9th. Planning on implants this fall. Up to 420cc's with above the pectoral TE there now. Was thinking 3D nipple tattoo, but would rather have a nipple created and then a tattoed areola. Had rads and my PS doesn't want me to have a separate surgery to create a nipple. Wonder if I could have him create a nipple at the implant exchange, since he will be there anyway? Anyone else do that?

My skin is doing very well now. Had 80 sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy that my insurance paid for because they paid to cruicify me with rads so bad I have severe rad fibrosis. Thank God for HBOT!!!!
