i have been through the ringer. Breast reconstruction has been such a nightmare. Breast implants ripe and rupture. MRSA.... You name it I've had it. Desperate I researched options. Found a surgeon at the Mayo clinic In rochester. I had my first surgery January 23 2015, the pain of the surgery was indescribable. The on going pain I have in my right rib cage area is so annoying and painful every single day. I've been to PR where she manipulates my facial. Doesn't help. I spoke to the plastic surgeon and he just says that I need to let my body settle after the surgery. Eventually in will not hurt any more. Just had round number 2 of surgery. Had fat nercosis (not sure on spelling ) removed and more liposuction to place more fat into my breasts. I chose to do the surgery with no implants. Has anyone else had pain in the rib cage area after this surgery? Has anyone felt like they had aural looking breasts once the surgery is finally complete? I still have probably 2 or 3 more surgeries to go. I also have lose skin from all of the liposuction. Anyone else experience this? I would love to hear from other women that have had this surgery.

Tumbleweed, welcome to the website. I hope you have been able to explore around the threads, there is so much info and such nice people. I am so sorry you are having such major recon problems. Our bodies go thru so much don't they. I did not have this kind of recon, hopefully someone who has will resond soon. Hang in there. Hugs.
