First chemo tomorrow!

I start my first of 4 AC cycles tomorrow, with Neulasta the next day. Although I am not looking forward to it, I AM looking forward to killing this cancer. I wish all of you ladies the best of luck and blessings as you start or continue on your treatment journeys!

I can still remember how scared I was for my first chemo. I almost cried when I got in the chair and they hooked me up. I was afraid I would literally blow up! You know what? It was a very easy day and all went well. They will really be paying extra attention to you. Good luck! Check back in and let us know how it went.

Thanks for all of the well wishes. The chemo itself wasn't too bad, but the Neulasta shot is kicking my butt. Feeling pretty horribly today, two days after chemo. Yuck. Still, one less round to go!!

Helplessly- did they recommend Claritin for the Neulasta? I think that helped me a bit the first couple of rounds, but lately I've had to cave and take an Advil and/or oxy too.

I started March 6. Four down two to go.
