Worried about recurrence?

Now that my breasts are gone, I worry that the next time cancer shows up it will be in my ovaries or something and I won't know about it and I won't find out until it's too late! How do you deal with the thoughts of recurrence?

I was diagnosed with IDC followed by 2 surgeries. Chemo starts Wednesday. Long story short each time I'd get a call from my dr it was either some new problem or bad news. I still feel I will have a good success rate however I have this innate feeling my cancer will return. Intuition of some sorts.
