Chest feels tense on recon side

Hey everyone, long time no see!

It's been almost 2 years since my reconstruction, and things have been going well for the most part. There are a few little complaints here and there about the new girls, but overall I'm happy. However, I've noticed that all day today it has felt like my reconstructed side is tense/flexed, even though I'm doing everything in my power to keep it relaxed. Btw I had a unilateral mastectomy and implant reconstruction (silicone). Just as I was getting ready to post to see if anyone else has experienced this, I remembered that my boyfriend got a little rough with it last night, nothing too crazy but I'm wondering if it is possible that it ruptured and that is why I have this sensation? I really hope not, that's the last thing I want to worry about. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It is pretty uncomfortable and annoying.

I'm realizing my theory about a possible rupture being the cause of the sensation was probably (hopefully) way off. The feeling has gone away, maybe I was just overly stressed and tensing up subconsciously, haha.
