Anyone do lasers or peels to fix radiation damage?

I hate the blotchy hyperpigmented, petichia with little broken blood vessels that make my chest look really ugly. It is from all the radiation damage. I have read about women in studies doing Pulsed dye lasers and Fraxel lasers. Anyone here done these? Or other permanent fixes. Have tried make up, doesn't look right no matter what I try. Just gets me upset and frustrated.
