Blotchiness and petichia on breast after rads, anyone else?

Hi, am going through reconstruction. Had TE put in over my pectoral muscle on April 9th. Going well, had 2 fills, now at about 300cc. Getting implant in late summer or fall this year. Had 5 fat grafting procedures, lost most but not all fat due to 2 massive infections. Running out of fat so opted for TE'S /implants although preferred fat be only reconstruction. So trying to get rid of the reddish/blotchiness with hyperpigmentation. I was crucified by the lunatics at cancerland and wound up with severe fibrosis. I mostly fixed that with Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment, 80 times. Not kidding, did it 80 visits to HBOT. Looking at pulsed dye lasers and Fraxel lasers or chemical peels to fix the weird discoloration. Anyone else manage to fix that? If so what did you do.? Tried several different creams with only slight improvement.
