Pain in breasts while lying down

Hi! I am a 20 year old male from mumbai. Recently I have been experiencing pain in my both breasts while lying down. The pain is not severe, but I am scared that whether I am developing a cancer or not? I experience pain only when I physically touch it. Please help.

kj, I suggest you make an appointment to be checked out by your doctor. No one can really say what is going on with you, and this way you can know for sure. Please let us know what you find out. Do not worry, there are lots of reasons we feel sore that are not cancer.
