extreme fatigue and tamoxifen

Hi there,

I'm about 18 months into my 5 years of Tamoxifen and I'm really suffering with crushing fatigue. I work FT, have 2 kids and am busy, and on Saturdays I am so tired I can't get out of bed. I had a full blood workup to rule out thyroid etc. and all was normal, so I guess it really is the drug. I'm not sure I want to live 3 more years like this. Anyone have any words of wisdom. I'm just DRAGGING. Many thanks.

    I'd be tired with your schedule too! Any chance of squeezing in a bit of "me" time for exercise? For me I am a puddle if I don't get that in. Also be sure you are getting in enough protein. I use My Fitness Pal and it automatically records nutrition levels. Tamoxifen sucks but at least you get colorful dreams from it! Hang in there!
