Which Surgery did you choose / are you having?

Decision time is coming soon. Assuming I have a very good and possibly pCR, I was first thinking LX but in the beginning, BS seemed to already be promoting double MX. Tumor was 4.5cm with two much smaller satellite lesions. 4 lymph nodes appeared involved (reactive) via ultrasound (no dye) and the one bioposied was positive for cancer. BS seemed to be promoting ALND. Would like to know what others that are HER2+ have done in terms of breast surgery and lymph node removal and radiation. Also, was their any radiation specific to the lymph node area(s)? Please share DX stats as well, if not included in signature and your Neoadjuvant treatment results. Thank you in advance

    PS... I am very nervous about ALND and the risk of lymphodema. Curious if her2+ ladies had it even if nodes appeared clear with US or other scans. If not removed, were they radiated? I want to have the blue dye US prior to any surgery
