Oh how divine: still here at nine!
Wow - seems like no time since my last corny cancerversary post. Never dreamed this day would come after getting that phone call nine years ago. And yet I've passed many landmarks: went to stepdaughter's wedding in Costa Rica, celebrated 30 years of marriage, bought a cabin at the coast, & had my hip replaced! This will be a pivotal year for me as I've been advised to switch from Arimidex to Tamoxifen due to bone density issues - I'm dragging my feet because my philosophy tends to be "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" (of course, if my spine broke I'd HAVE to fix it!).
Anyway - so glad to have this group, who "get it" and help keep me sane. Best to all!

Wow! Sugarplum, you are a gift here for everyone. You had such a scary beginning (I had never noticed your diagnosis before) and you have endured. It is so important that folks like you keep posting here. Looking forward to next April's, "Well, then, here's ten."
