After breast implantation..!!

Hi all,

One of my friend did breast implantation at Dr,Michael Kreidstein plastic surgery center,Toronto. Now she is perfectly alright. Recently she read an article in a paper that says, after breast implantation there are chances for complications like hematoma (post-operative bleeding),fluid accumulation and wound infection. After reading the article she is really scared. If any one here had done breast implantation before then can you please give some suggestions to prevent these complications?
