Chemo Feedback on Herceptin+Docetoxel OR Herceptin+Paclitaxel

Hello Survivors:

If you have had chemotherapy in the above combined concurrent treatment, could you please share your experiences by answering questions in the following order (OK to copy and paste questions, then type your answers. This format helps everyone to quickly read your experiences that could help reduce the stresses we are/maybe feeling.

1) Duration of Chemo: eg 9 weeks (Once a week), or 12 weeks (Once a week), 3 months (Every 2 weeks) , etc.

2) Total Duration: eg 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours etc.

3) Drugs combination:  Please state either  (A) Herceptin + Docetaxel   or (B) Herceptin + Paclitaxel

C) Other drugs, please state if possible

4) Dosage + Infusion Minutes  eg  Herceptin = 4mg/kg2;  90 minutes ; Docetaxel= 100 mg/m2, 60 minutes  OR

Herceptin = 4mg/kg2;  90 minutes; Paclitaxel = 80mg/m2, 90 minutes

5) Other Drugs dosages: in above format

6) Side Effects Experienced (if possible, in numerical order) eg

             Day 1: Overall OK, weak, fatigue. Drink 2 litres fluid every day, walk 20 mins every day for first week.

             Day 2: Can drink, can't eat, nauseous, etc. No joint pain, etc and so forth.

7) Advice:

If you have had chemo, what you advise would you give to others who comes after you.

If you are having chemo now, anything else you wish to add.
