Still waiting and new lump?

My appt with my onc is Tuesday and I finally calmed down about the wait now that the time is closing in and I have been super busy. As I was lying my son down to bed tonight, I felt discomfort and a slight "pulling" just below my rib cage on the left side of my back. I looked in the mirror and didn't see any bruising or discoloration of any kind but as soon as I placed my hand over the area, I instantly felt a golf ball sized lump that's a little longer than it is wide. WTH? DH felt it right away and easily too. I feel like I am just falling apart and now really worried. I was already worried about the off and on pain of my shoulder/upper back area and the almost 2 month long everyday diarrhea with 14 lb weight loss. Good grief! DH says to bring it up to my onc and he will be with me. I am afraid to bring it up because now I don't want to know! Ugh...

Tinkerbells I'm sorry you're going thru a scare too. Thank you so much for the support! I called my PCP and he wants to order an MRI and CT but he wants to see what my onc says on tuesday first. I just want answers. This is definitely a game changer for me. I hope you find out what's going on soon and that it's b9. Hugs!

KBeee, I got both! I don't have bc but due to having DCIS in the past and BRCA1+, I will be taking Tamoxifen for preventive medicine. My onc says it will lower my chances of bc by up to 40% and I am over the moon and doing my happy dance!
