My pec had to be removed because the tumor was right up against it. :-(

But...... I think if you stand in front of a mirror, and hold your arms up at about chin height, wherever doesn't block your view of the target area, and push your palms together, not slow and firm, but just a quick bump - similar to doing CPR - bump and release quickly - then you will see the pec(s) jump like that.

Mine jump like crazy when I push my hands together like namaste. I had very physical jobs all my life, and they even noted during surgery my well- developed pecs! But I can't figure out how to do that without pushing my hands together, yet. I did teach myself how to move my littlest toes without moving the others, that is really hard too! So I will keep practicing.... it does feel good.

At a early post-op trip to the BS I did the pec dance.  I said "LoOk what I can do". His face was priceless. Pretty sure the tubes were out
