Anyone had secondhand smoke exposure in childhood/adolescence

Trying to poll women here and ask if others like me were exposed constantly like I was by my mother from the minute I was conceived, till I moved out at 18.

Diagnosed stage 3a premenopausal bc in 2012. Never smokedmyself, even breastfed mykids for about 5 years in a row between both girls.

No exposure - diagnosed stage IIIa premenopausal in 2011/12 (stage I with biopsy in 2011/ stage IIIa final pathology after umx. Breastfed all my boys too & the three of them were born in 3 1/2 years).

I'm sorry you were exposed to all of that growing up. I'm certainly sure it was not pretty and definitely not healthy. Cannot imagine what it would have been like to grow up on those conditions.

It's so difficult to know. I'm a white woman with dense breast tissue. Beyond that - I don't believe I had a single risk factor.

Hard to know.
