discomfort after exchange

I had my exchange 2 days ago.  He had to do some pocket work something on both sides so I am sore.   Do the implants look swollen for awhile?  Does it take awhile to see how they will really look?

    Happily, You will be sore and swollen for awhile, and your new boobs will settle and adjust. So what you are seeing now is not the finally look, it will be much better!

    yes, they will be swollen for a while. I'm 2 weeks out and still have a bit of swelling. I also had a lot of pocket work done. It can take (from what I've read and been told) up to six months for them to settle.
