hello,
I just switched from Aromicin to femara b/c I gained 20 lbs on aromicin. I'm hoping I will lose some of the weight. But it could be menopause weight. Anyone gain weight on femara?

I have not gained any weight on Femara/letrozole in the 5+ yrs I've been on it. I was post menopause for 19 yrs when I went on it though and I am very active.
