Any1 quit Zoladex & just take tamoxifen? Do you feel safe ?

Saw onc today who took me off Zoladex due to se's. She said it was safe to do just the tamoxifen bc it blocks the hormones that feed the cancer from being absorbed.
Aren't I still at risk though if I'm ER/PR + and it's flowing through my body? What's to say a little doesn't get through? Ugh, don't know how I feel about this....
