    ... I'm just discovering the various things breast cancer patients have to come to terms with, and my latest discovery is that alcohol is bad.  I've read that more than a glass of wine a day is the limit.  I don't drink every day; I'm more of a social drinker, so maybe I would drink once a week, but I could probably put 3 glasses of wine down at that time.  Is that too much still? 

    Has anyone tried non-alcoholic wines?  Are they any good? 

    I know this sounds frivolous, but I want to take this seriously while still living my life!
