i have had all the symptoms you describe and a good physical therapist can really help. Scar tissue can have a knock on effect on surrounding tissue like dominoes falling as the area loses the flexibility it once had, especially if you had radiotherapy. I need regular physio to keep tissue and fascia contraction under control

Hi ladies I had MRI on my shoulder. I have now been diagnosed with frozen shoulder. It is so painful. I had cortisone shot. Will be starting physical therapy. Has anyone else experienced this. The PAFrom the orthopedic office said many cancer patients get this. Have any of you ladies experienced this

Hi Jen. So glad you finally got answers (and no mets!) but I'm sorry you've got frozen shoulder. Mine popped up suddenly about 9 months after I finished rads. I did 6 weeks of PT and started seeing results in ROM and pain relief very quickly. It too several months to get "back to normal" but I have no problems at all today. In fact I'm pretty sure that arm has better ROM than the other now. I hope that shot and the PT provide some quick relief

Jen, a massage therapist might be able to help as well.  You'd want one who treats injuries, not a "spa" person.  Check with your physical therapist first.

I hope you can get relief from the pain very soon.
