Biopsy and lymph nodes

Sorry if this is in the wrong topic area - I'm new!

Had my core biopsy on a probable fibroadenoma yesterday. Has anyone else experienced neck/shoulder pain on the biopsy side and nausea afterwards?

ALSO, has anyone had fibroadenomas with enlarged lymph nodes on the same side that turned out benign? Dr took cells from by bigger breast lump (leaving the smaller one) but didn't take a lymph biopsy so I'm hoping that means he's not too concerned?
