pancreatitis during chemo and during trial on AI?

Pancreatitis is quite painful. Had it during chemo and got it again on Arimidex. MD wants me to try it again, but my lipase level is still high. I know about absolute risk, but living in pain for several years does not appear to provide quality life.
Anyone else have this issue?
