Pain from seranoma :

I have a seranoma and since I am 2 chemo therapy trtmnts so far. my BS prefers I noy get this drained unless it is too painful, to prevent infection, it is really getting uncomfortable, not sharp pain, but noticeably more so than before, anyone knows what might happen if I leave it alone? Will it get thicker and harder to drain, or eventually dry up on its own? Afraid to wait too long?
