Has anyone tried this tea? Is it safe to drink while going thru chemo?

    You should not take any herbs or supplements while on chemo, including in teas, without discussing it with your oncologist first

    Sheena, I looked up the tea and it is supposed to be for weight loss. That probably means it is a scam or else that it contains natural "uppers" of some kind. Either way, it seems like a bad idea to me. Besides, it costs 40 bucks for a 1-month supply, which is ridiculous.

    If you need to lose weight, talk to your onc about that. Mine did NOT want me to try to lose weight during chemo (I did anyway, because I changed how I ate). Also, there is a new study out which suggests that exercise during chemo can make chemo more effective. We already know that exercise can help against the SEs of chemo. So, before buying scammy MLM teas, I would suggest a healthy diet and some exercise.
