Fat grafting question

My implants went in over the summer (yeah!) and I had fat grafting earlier in the week to fix some rippling. Since the fat grafting operation I cannot for the life of me take a deep breath. Fyi - I visited my hospital over the weekend for fear it was a PE or collapsed lung. It was neither. Anybody else experience this post op? I'll check in with my PS tomorrow but just curious if its just me.
