markers during pregnancy

hi all. I know there aren't too many in this position but I figured I'd throw it out there. I am 3 years out of treatment, s1 double mastectomy with chemo brca 2 pos. Went off tamox to have my baby girl who is 8 weeks. Went for my follow up with onc and she tells me my ca153 was 81 up from 22 in December when I was 9 month pregnant?! Cea was fine. And she is just telling me now..said she didn't want to worry me so close to delivery. I understand but I feel like she should've told me earlier. She redrew and I should have an update Friday. I know pregnancy can affect the numbers but just wondering if anyone else experienced this. Thanks!
