Chemo effects additive?

I will ask this to MO in 10 days, when I see him, but wanted others' experiences too. For anyone who did chemo more than once, were your side effects worse the second time as faras permanent effects? I am wondering if the effects will be additive?

    Sorry you even have to ask. Not fair. I don't know the answer of course but did want to mention that alpha lipoic acid really helped my neuropathy. I wonder if taking it during will help? I took it after and have talked to a couple of women in a group in my city who have had great success.

    I hope you do well with this. Seems like you already proved yourself dammit. xo
