I just had delayed reconstruction with TE's placed for implants & during surgery, my surgeon found a seroma on each breast that was a hole & had to suture so the TE wouldn't slide to the side. I had my BMX a year ago & drains in for 1 month on both sides & then did 4 chemo treatments & had no idea that I had these seromas on each side. Has anyone else had seromas discovered during reconstruction surgery?

I was filled to 300cc with full capacity 580-650cc. The 300cc is not very big - I put a shirt on yesterday & you could barely see them. I don't want to be huge, but I want to be able to see nice breasts if I'm going to do reconstruction. I was a small D cup before surgery but want to be a full C cup with final implant. Surgeon said if 650cc wasn't big enough, I'd have to go to a round implant.
