Second set of implants

I am almost 6 weeks out from surgery to replace the implants that had CC. The first ones I had put in a year ago and they always hurt.
Now these new ones hurt. It feels like they are too heavy. The PS even put in a smaller size.
Is is still normal to have some discomfort after this long? I am still wearing a bralet 24/7 if that makes a difference.
I hope they wont always hurt.

You probably don't remember which bra you used do you Kayb?
My PS doesn't have any suggestions other that something 'that lifts and supports'
