I'm currently doing chemo and then in August will be having skin-sparing/nipple-sparing BMX. The BS and PS both told me that my nipples will likely not have sensation and I'm totally ok with that. My question is about nipple 'reactivity' if that's the right word? Do your nipples still get hard in the cold or as a result of stimulation? Or are they just there and flat (flatish) all the time? I don't really care either way, I'm just curious what the general outcome is and I totally forgot to ask the PS when I saw him. But I don't want to wait until my pre-op in July to get this answer :)
