new mass foud during chemo?

I just had my first AC infusion almost 2 weeks ago and I'm scheduled for #2 this Thursday. It's kicking my butt so far but that's not the reason for my post.

I felt a new mass this morning on the non-BC armpit. WTHeck? It feels just like the mass that was in my other armpit only without the attached, firm lymph node. They did a MRI about 9 weeks ago and a PET/CT about 4 weeks ago and there wasn't anything found in that area. I know it's not likely for a BC to develop and grow to the point of even being palpable in that time frame but it's just got me wondering if anyone else found new lumps during chemo? Maybe it's just an enlarged node (although it doesn't feel nodal) or maybe it's all in my head (most likely option) but I was just curious.

I do see my MO in 2 days so I'll have him check it out. I guess it just kinda took me by surprise!

rleepac - I really think you should call your Onc about this.  Perhaps it is some side effect from AC.

I know you see him in 2 days, but this is definitely out of the ordinary and a phone call would be

very appropriate!
