Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) for LE anyone?

I've searched this topic but haven't found any recent postings.  Would lot to hear thoughts and/or experiences.

Will be interesting to learn about it as I never have heard of it. I do use (have for 20 yrs) a light box for my SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and it works great for it.

rrs, the letters LLLT refer to low level laser therapy. Is that what you meant?
