painful fat injections post bilateral mastectomy

one year ago I had bilateral mastectomy for DCIS and ICS breast cancer.First due to my lupus one of my implants had to be deflated and that caused a mis-shaped breast, Later I found I had some pitting and that has been corrected by these fat injections. Now couple of them have become hard and painful my MD has said to rub them out but that really does not seem t be working. Any suggestions anyone else had this prob?
