How tight is too tight?

Hey all, I just hadreconstruction surgery with implants done this past Wednesday. The compression garmet they have me in is soooo tight. It is hard to get my finger between the garmet and my skin. My surgeon is out of town, so I can't ask him. TIA. Liz

    Sounds pretty tight to me. Is there a way to check the size. Mine were more snug than a sports bra but I think I could get my finger in there with no problem. Maybe clip it a bit at the base? Good luck!

    This is a torture device it is so tight. My instructions say I can take it off and shower then put it back on, but I won't. I am terrified if I take it off I will never get it back on. I am so swollen. I have undone the bottom hook on it. It may have given me a little relief, but then it just filled in.
