Padget's Disease after NSM

I am a five year breast cancer survivor. At my initial diagnosis, I choose to have nipple sparing mastectomies. Today, I was just diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer in the form of Paget's disease of one of my nipples. I'm looking to connect with anyone who has experienced this. I know it is pretty rare. I'm being told that the only treatment I will probably need is surgery to remove the nipple areola complex. That surprises me, mostly because they threw almosteverything at me last time. I will probably seek a second opinion at Mayo clinic.
