Radiated breast, - anyone do fat grafting with small implant?

Hi All,

I had failed implant, and now have tissue expander again.

My PS is encouraging LD flap, but I am so reluctant to undergo another major surgery. I asked him about fat grafting and a smaller implant than before. (I am ok if i dont 'match', although he wasnt happy with my acceptance of being uneven.) He is willing to try that, saying I would need at least 2 fat graft procedures, then the te/implant exchange.

Anyone else try this route?

Do you think it is easier than LD flap?
