Anyone have the new "Ideal" implants?

Have any of my new tata friends had the new "Ideal" implants put in? I heard they were just FDA approved. They are supposed to have even less rippling than the "gummy bear" implants....or so the company states. If anyone has them, would love to hear your comments.
